Thermal Shipping Option

Select thermal shipping from the pull down menu below to give your package extra protection if temperatures are high.

Thermal shipping will include:

i) The entire order will be shipped in a box with a 1in expanded polystyrene (EPS) liner.

ii) An ice pack will be added to keep the interior contents of the box cool.

iii) Normal UPS shipping will be used unless the customer specifies otherwise.

iv) Perishable items will only be shipped by UPS next day air, with thermal packaging.

v) We do not guarantee that perishable items will arrive frozen

We cannot guarantee that chocolate and cream or perishables items will arrive safely over the summer months even if thermal shipping option is used. The customer accepts the risk of thermal damage when placing an order.

We do advise that thermal shipping is used for all chocolate and cream orders to maximize the chances of safe shipment.

All orders will be shipped as standard (no ice pack) unless the customer has selected the thermal shipping option (below).
