If you are logged in, you can see the estimated shipping cost in your order summary on the shopping cart page.
Customers can return goods for any reason with 10 days of delivery. Goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. The order receipt must be included and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We will credit the full amount of the order less the shipping charge.

We pay insurance with UPS to cover such eventualities. You will need to register a claim with UPS. Please call 1-800-PICK-UPS. Once you have the claim registered, give us a call on 978-392-0077 with the UPS reference number and we will be able to ship you a replacement product. Please do not refuse delivery of damaged packages. If a refused package is shipped back to us, you may be liable for return shipping charges.

How are Shipping Rates Calculated?
Our rates are estimated rates. However, our rates are obtained from the Carrier's server in real time and accurately reflect the weight of the goods which you ordered. In most cases no additional shipping will be required. In some cases it may be necessary to pack your order in 2 separate boxes, (e.g. if a full case of crisps has been ordered with other items, or if goods which require thermal packaging have been ordered with non- thermal products,) in this case an additional shipping charge may be required.
