All perishable items require our thermal shipping option. All frozen items will be shipped with an ice pack and dry ice. Second Day Air expedited shipping will also be required if you are located outside of our Second day ground region. If you are outside of the UPS 2 day zone, please select second day air shipping at check out.
Perishable goods must be ordered separately from our regular dry food items. All meat products are frozen prior to shipment, but we cannot guarantee that they will arrive frozen.If you are concerned about receiving goods frozen, please select our Next Day Air Option.
